My appointment time was respected

My appointment time was respected by the staff, that is so important as time is precious when you work as much as I do! Lauren, checked my eyes, and completed all the necessary procedures timely, professionally, and with a smile! The waiting area, necessary while my eyes were continuing to dilate, provided distancing and a calm, dim interior. Dr. Kim joined me in the patient room after dilating was complete. He and his assistant conducted the final stages of the exam providing the necessary information in a manner a non-medical background patient can comprehend. I am very pleased with the service.

Dr. Hendrix is incredibly patient and his bedside manner is fabulous. We had our 2nd visit yesterday, and my daughter 8, (7 at her first visit) loves it there. The staff is also very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I have been going here since I was 3 years old, I'm 45. I have tried other places over the years but always come back for the quality of care.
